Glow and Go by Juicing!

As soon as I start to feel a slight cold coming on, I boost my immune system by juicing!

Juicing also keeps your body hydrated which is essential for good health, glowing skin, and weight loss. If you’re a cucumber lover like me, you’d be happy to know cucumbers are 90% water and are one of the most hydrating vegetables. In addition, because vegetables are low in sugar, they’re known to be more hydrating than fruit juices. I want to share my favorite fruits and vegetables to juice that will keep you glowing and going all day long!

Listed below are my favorite fruits and vegetables that are high in antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, and electrolytes! They are also known to have anti-inflammatory benefits that boost the immune system and radiate your skin!
