Shaylene started dancing competitively at the age of three years old in all styles of dance. There was no question she had a natural dance talent and a love for performing. She danced for many professional sports teams growing up and is formally known as an NBA Los Angeles Laker Girl.
In order for Shaylene to become a professional dancer, she had to stay in top physical shape. Conditioning her body through daily physical activities like weight training, pilates, cardio, barre and yoga greatly improved her dancing and physique. Not only did she fall in love with the positive results from exercise and eating clean, she developed a deep interest and appreciation for fitness and health.
Her strong devotion to fitness and health has led her to become a talented fitness professional. It is her passion to motivate men and women in her invigorating fitness classes, workshops, and workouts.
